I was disappointed when it arrived. The doll looks way less realistic in person than it does in the pictures. The skin texture is kind of weird, and the face has that cheap plastic look to it. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about the details before buying, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I really expected better.

The doll feels okay overall, especially in some areas, but the skin material is a little sticky and seems to grab dust really quickly. I’ve started keeping it covered when I’m not using it just to avoid extra cleanup. It’s not bad for the price, but it’s not as soft or realistic as I was hoping. Cleaning also takes more effort than I expected, so I’d be careful about where you store it.

I had a rough time using the website. Pages were loading slowly, the menus weren’t very clear, and I kept having to click around just to find basic information. Maybe I just caught it on a bad day, but it kind of felt like nobody had really gone through it from a customer’s point of view before putting it out there. It might work fine for other people, but for me it was more frustrating than helpful.

I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. My sister even told me to try the live chat, but every time I checked it was offline too. I was just left guessing what was going on with my order, which was really frustrating. the customer service was poor

I opened the box at my kitchen table while making coffee, and right away I had that feeling of, yeah, I paid too much for this. Shipping wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. Maybe someone else would be fine with it, but for the price, I expected better quality. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m giving it 2 stars. The box was plain, yeah. No logo or anything, which I appreciated. But the size of it. The way it was taped up. It just didn’t feel that discreet to me. The delivery guy even seemed kind of confused, and that made the whole thing awkward. For something like this, I expected the packaging to be a bit more careful. Not the worst experience. Just not really happy with it

My tracking just sat there for weeks with no updates, which was really frustrating. I reached out to support and all they really told me was to keep waiting... so yeah, not exactly a great experience. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again..

I ordered from mailovedoll.com and the trouble starts after it got delivered. I had a issue with my order, so I contact support thinking they would help, but I was waiting days before anyone even reply.
When they finally answered, the messages was super short and didn’t really solve anything. It kind of felt like they haven’t even read what I already explained, which was really frustrating.

I keep asking what I should do next, but it just goes nowhere. The product itself might be okay, but the after-sales support was really poor in my experience, and I wouldn’t use them again.

This was not a great first experience. The return process felt messy from the start, and then the refund took way longer than it should have. I was already annoyed by the whole thing, and waiting forever to get my money back just made it worse.

The payment page just felt off to me, and I should’ve listened to my gut. I ended up trying to trust it anyway, and now I feel stupid for even putting myself in that situation.

I got my order from mailovedoll, it’s been okay so far. Some parts feel really solid, but there are a couple of spots that seem like they might wear out a little faster than I expected. It’s definitely not bad, just not super durable either. For the price, I kinda thought it would feel a bit more sturdy

The box showed up completely smashed and a bit dirty, so it definitely looked like it had a rough trip. For what I paid, I expected it to arrive in much better condition.
